Radicals 4 Christ Outreach Ministries is a faith-based organization inspired by our love of Jesus Christ to spread His message through Word and deed.  Our beliefs empower us to nourish the spiritual and physical needs of our sisters and brothers. We celebrate the Gospel with gladness in our hearts, our devotion to His Word centering us each step of the way. We move forward together in our journey of commitment by serving our community and helping each other.  Our goal is to rebuild families because it was the first thing that God ordained. Therefore, our mission is to restore families with a four-part focus on men to include, but not limited to Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul. As we grow in our conviction, we pray now that the Holy Spirit will continue to lead, guide, and direct our paths to have a positive impact on our community, and our ministry. 

Elder Ruben Stroman is the founder and overseer of Radicals for Christ Outreach Ministries. Elder Stroman was born in Columbia, SC. He graduated from AC Flora High School in 1997. Elder Stroman attended International Overcoming College of Religion where he was licensed and ordained and received his certification in Christian counseling in 2001.

In 1999 Elder Stroman founded International Youth outreach Ministries Inc. In 2016 the name of the ministry was changed to Radicals for Christ Outreach Ministries, Inc. Radicals for Christ focuses on ministering through programs that focus on the four parts of man which are the mind, body, soul and spirit.

Elder Stroman is an experienced praise worship leader, served as Sunday school Superintendent at Grace Church in Columbia, SC, worked as Youth Pastor at Friendship Baptist Church in Hopkins, SC and is a dedicated community leader. Elder Ruben is also a published author. His book Without a Father’s Hand is available at Amazon.com.

Elder Stroman lives by the scripture John 9:4- “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.”

Brandice is a Mortgage Loan Processor at Preferred Mortgage in Winnsboro, SC. She is responsible for examining client information for the Home Loan purchase and ensuring that the home purchasers’ mortgage loan package is correct with all required documentation. In this role, she takes great pleasure in helping first time home buyers and existing homeowners get into their dream home.

Brandice is no stranger to helping people. She has worked for government agencies, banks and for some of the top insurance companies in the United States. Brandice has also spent years in the technical support role where she enjoyed solving technical problems and achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

Brandice specializes in new employee training and has successfully served a range of clients including State Government, CEO’s and various vendors that provided services to the government. Being very passionate about helping to place a smile on someone’s face, she has volunteered for hospitals, churches and community events.

Brandice’s favorite scripture is Psalm 37:4 “Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”

1 Corinthians 2:4,5 “And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God”

Apostle Warren Smith is a man of God, who is known as a visionary, preacher, instructor, community leader and an Apostle of God. He is commissioned by God to bring words of life, healing, deliverance and restoration to this last day.

Born and raised in New York City, Apostle Smith relocated to South Carolina where he yielded to the call of God at the age of 22 and was licensed to preach by the Springtown Baptist Church in Denmark, SC. He was later ordained as a pastor and then affirmed as an apostle by El Shaddai Ministry of Columbia, SC, under the tutelage of his spiritual parents, Apostles Stephen and Dennese Spencer.

Apostle Smith is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in management and minored in religious studies. He is married to the lovely Lady Barbara Smith and they have seven children and thirteen grandchildren.

Apostle Smith is the senior pastor of New Life In Christ Ministries of Orangeburg, SC and Atlanta, Ga. As well as leading the New Life In Christ Assembly of Churches as the presider. In addition, Apostle Smith is the administrator of the Prophetic Reformation Fellowship, headquartered in Columbia SC.

He is also a champion for the betterment of young people, in which, he serves on the leadership board of an organization for the educational advancement of children.

Through Apostle Smith’s ministry, there have been countless lives changed, families restored, testimonies of healings and miracles, as well as the love of God shown to all people.

As the territory that God has given continues to enlarge, Apostle Warren Smith continues to let mankind know that there is New Life In Christ!

Eric Hilton is a young man known to many as a gentleman that has the determination to overcome many challenges. He has worked in various capacities in the Health and Human services sector for many years.

The resilient spirit that he has granted him the opportunity to assist others with their development and growth to overcome similar challenges. 

After multiple years of lived experiences, it equipped Mr. Hilton to be an effective advocate, entrepreneur, and peer leader who supports others in their endeavors.

He is also one of the managers at Yahweh Communications, LLC.  The company’s Vision is to provide support for those with visual complications, amputations, and other disabilities and those that are overwhelmed with issues of life.

This allows him to effectively minister to individuals from all walks of life. He has been revered amongst his peers as a man who is in pursuit of God’s heart.
